Exporting PDF Reports
Generating PDF Reports
AdGateScore lets you export your scan results as polished PDF reports. These reports are useful for sharing with team members, presenting to clients, or keeping offline records of your site's ad network readiness.
How to Export a Report
On any scan results page, click the "Export PDF" button in the toolbar at the top of the page. The system will generate a PDF containing your scan results and automatically download it to your computer. The process usually takes a few seconds.
The PDF includes your overall score and grade, module-by-module score breakdown, network readiness status for all 14 networks, and your prioritized fix list. Everything is formatted for easy reading and professional presentation.
Report Tiers by Plan
The content of your PDF report depends on your plan:
- Free: Basic report with overall score, module scores, and network readiness overview. Limited to one page.
- Pro: Full report including all modules, detailed network requirements, complete fix list with instructions, and score trend charts. Typically 4-6 pages.
- Premium: Everything in Pro plus white-label branding options, competitor comparison data, custom cover page, and executive summary. These reports can run 8-12 pages and are suitable for professional client deliverables.
White-Label Reports (Premium)
Premium users can customize the PDF report branding. You can replace the AdGateScore logo with your own company logo, add your company name and contact information to the header, and customize the color scheme to match your brand. This makes the reports suitable for agencies and consultants who present to clients under their own brand.
To set up white-label branding, go to your Account page and navigate to the Report Branding section. Upload your logo, enter your company details, and select your brand colors. These settings are saved and applied to all future PDF exports automatically.
Sharing Reports
Once downloaded, the PDF is a standard file that you can share via email, upload to cloud storage, or include in presentations. The file name includes the scanned URL and date for easy identification (for example, "AdGateScore-example-com-2026-02-18.pdf").
In addition to downloading, you can also share your scan results via the unique results URL. This is useful when you want someone to see the interactive results page rather than a static PDF.
Best Practices
- Generate reports regularly: Export a PDF after each significant scan to build a documented history of improvements.
- Include trend data: Pro and Premium reports include score trends, which are compelling evidence of progress over time.
- Use for network applications: Some publishers include their AdGateScore report when applying to ad networks to demonstrate readiness. While not required, it shows professionalism.
- Archive reports: Keep a folder of PDF reports to track your site's journey from initial scan to premium network approval.
