Our Refund Policy
AdGateScore offers a straightforward refund policy because we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your paid plan, you can request a refund within your eligibility window.
7-Day Refund Window
New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. This applies to both Pro and Premium plans. The 7-day window starts from the date of your initial subscription payment, not from account creation.
This refund window is designed to give you enough time to explore the paid features and determine whether they provide value for your needs. We encourage you to use the comparison tools, AI fix assistant, and PDF export features during this period so you can make an informed decision.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Timing: The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your first payment.
- First subscription only: The 7-day refund window applies to your first subscription with AdGateScore. If you previously subscribed, canceled, and resubscribed, the refund window does not reset.
- No abuse: Refund requests that appear to be part of a pattern of subscribing and refunding repeatedly will be declined.
Refunds are processed for the full amount of your most recent payment. If you subscribed to an annual plan, you will receive a refund for the full annual payment. Prorated refunds are not offered outside the 7-day window.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Go to the Contact page on AdGateScore.
- Select "Billing" as the subject category.
- Include your account email address and the phrase "refund request" in your message.
- Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund (optional but appreciated, as it helps us improve).
Our team reviews refund requests within 1-2 business days. Once approved, the refund is processed through Stripe and typically appears on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the 7-Day Window
After the 7-day refund window, we do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using paid features until the end of your current billing period. You are never charged after canceling.
In exceptional circumstances (such as accidental duplicate charges or billing errors), we will work with you to resolve the issue regardless of the 7-day window. Contact us through the Contact page and we will investigate.
Plan Changes vs Refunds
If you want to switch to a lower plan rather than cancel entirely, you can downgrade from your Account page without needing to request a refund. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you are automatically charged the lower rate going forward.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan (for example, Premium when you meant to buy Pro), contact us within 48 hours and we will adjust your subscription and refund the difference.
